Our History
The company’s original location was on Quadra Street near Reynolds Road. In 1960 we moved to Douglas Street near the corner of Cloverdale Avenue. 10 years later a second location was opened on Shakespeare Street and then, in 1976, the two offices merged in a larger location at McKenzie Avenue and Shelbourne Streets. The current head office on Shelbourne Street was built by the company in 1985. We have since added offices in Sidney, the Westshore, Shawnigan Lake village and our kiosk at Hillside Mall.
Management
Mike Nugent is our Managing Broker and Peter Gaby and Kevin Sing are joint partners.
Our Philosophy
Our company has a wider vision than that of simply a fair-dealing real estate agency. We see community involvement as the foundation of maintaining a solid, healthy business in the Greater Victoria area. It is not enough to make general statements of caring and concern for the communities in which we operate. Direct action by management and salespeople are the true measuring stick of commitment.
